As a Health and Wellness Coach, with a background in Occupational Therapy, I support individuals to create meaningful, lasting change across both body and mind.

My approach is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work with clients to uncover what’s holding them back—whether it's stress, anxiety, burnout, or poor routines—and guide them in building sustainable habits that support mental clarity, physical health, and emotional resilience.

Through personalised coaching sessions, we explore everything from daily rhythms, sleep, and movement, to mindset, nervous system regulation, and purpose-driven living. This isn’t just about ticking boxes—it’s about aligning your life with what truly nourishes you.
